Feeling Inspired......

Maybe it's due to a change in season {lovely Spring has made it's entrance this month}, or maybe it's the lovely looming feeling that the year is coming to an end soon & my favourite time of year {Christmas} is almost here, or maybe it's just because I'm getting older & really starting to look more deeply into everything! But lately I'm finding myself being inspired & excited by the most random of things, wanting to seep every ounce of loveliness out of every experience & moment and wanting to constantly be involved in new things, new people & new memories!
Then, yesterday, one of my favourite bloggy friends Leanne from Mrs A in the Cove, wrote a blog post & linked to my weekend linky about feeling inspired! Her pretty post even made me feel inspired & from there I decided to share with you a list of things that are making me feel inspired lately:
- My gorgeous daughter, Ella. I know that sounds predictable & cliche that my little girl inspires me....but she really does! Her joy & excitement for life wants me to enjoy life so much more. Seeing things for the first time, through her eyes inspires me. Wanting to provide a fun, memorable, magical, love-rich life inspires me. Seeing her smile, laugh & love inspires me so so so much!
- Stacey from Sunny Mummy inspires me on a daily basis. 99.9% of the time, I find motherhood very enjoyable, but Stacey really helps & guides mothers to be the best THEY can be! She inspires me to be in the moment, enJOY life {not endure it}, make the most of the simple things in life, appreciate my blessings & my family & organise myself better! Her blog is very uplifting too!
- My new camera inspires me! It inspires me to take better photos. It inspires me to look for beauty in everyday objects & moments. I've always LOVED taking photos....but never been any good at it {still not hehehe} but I enjoy snapping away & experimenting & I guess that's all that matters! I don't plan to make money from photography so am quite happy with my mediocre shots :) However, I have considered lately doing an online photo course to give me a few more tips on how to better snap those precious moments of life! {In fact Leanne has recommended I check out Sheye Rosemeyer's online photo workshop}
- Spring is inspiring me! The colours, the new blooms, the warmth, the new growth & the feeling of a fresh start is all inspiring me!
- Bloggers & writers are inspiring me so so much! I have a very keen interst in expressive writing & have really enjoyed being apart of the bloggy world & the inspiration I'm gaining from it! Two blogs that I am addictingly inspired by lately is Enjoying the Small Things by Kelle Hampton and Dig This Chick by Nici Cline. These 2 Mothers are 'bloggy' friends & have a slightly similar writing style but live completely different lifestyles. They are both amazing mothers, wonderful photographers & truly inspiring writers! Each time I come across a blog that I just LOVE & am inspired by, I email the writer to thank them for their inspiration & I did that to Kelle about a month ago. I think it's important that we acknowledge the people who inspire us to be better! I used to hold back a lot with my writing as I didn't want to appear as corny, but it was Kelle & Nici who inspired me to just write for ME and write how I want to!
- Coffee inspires me.....as it keeps me going! The joys of having a sleepless toddler, heheeee!
- Disney movies have been inspiring me {yep...you read that correctly!} haaaa! having a toddler who is so involved in the world of Tinkerbell, magic, tea parties, wishes & exploration has opened up my eyes to the simple {unseen} wonders of this world! I am starting to appreciate a much more simpler approach & frame of mind towards life & it's inspiring me more than words can express!
What inspires you?
